Important Use Notes

Foundry is mainly designed for indoor household use on normal level flooring.

It is not intended for yard work, mowing grass, shoveling snow, outdoor animal care, wet surfaces, uneven ground, rain, pool areas, or general outdoor maintenance.

For stairs, multi-floor homes, raised steps, and sunken rooms, customers should not plan around Foundry freely climbing full staircases. For multi-level homes, the safest expectation is to use the robot one floor at a time. Single-step transitions and thresholds can depend on height, surface, lighting, landing space, and home layout.

For cooking, Foundry can support kitchen routines, organization, carrying, preparation flow, and cleanup support. It is not intended to operate heat, knives, open flames, or other safety-sensitive cooking tasks without normal human supervision.

Every Foundry robot is controlled through the Foundry app.

Privacy and Customer Control

Foundry is designed to be controlled by the customer through the Foundry app and customer account permissions.

Foundry does not have open access to your home through the robot. The robot does not automatically give Foundry staff a live view of your household by default.

If support assistance or remote help is available, it would only be used when you choose to enable it or give permission so support can help with setup or troubleshooting.

You remain in control of app access, camera visibility, routines, alerts, privacy settings, and connected features.

The early access price is not monthly, not a deposit, and not a down payment toward a later product balance.

It is the current early access price for the selected model while the current allocation is available.

For example, if you reserve F5 at the current $999 early access price, that is the current early access price for the F5 during this allocation. You would not later owe the difference between $999 and the expected public price of $9,999 for that same early access order.

Any shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable checkout fees will be shown at checkout before you complete the order.

Delivery Timing

The expected delivery timing is shown on the product page and in your email confirmation.

If a specific date is shown for your order, that is the current delivery timing tied to that allocation. Actual arrival may vary by around 2 to 3 days before or after depending on carrier handling, location, weather, and final shipment movement.

Tracking details will be shared as the order moves closer to delivery.

Warranty, Support, and Refunds

Every Foundry F-Series robot includes customer support and a 2-year warranty.

If there is a covered issue, Foundry support can help with setup questions, troubleshooting, software-related support, and the repair or replacement process when applicable.

Foundry also offers refunds up to 1 year from the date of delivery, subject to the refund terms. If a product is returned, it needs to be returned with the charger, dock, accessories, and included items.

If an order has not entered delivery preparation or shipment, it can also be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method.
